3.1. B2C Sales (Consumer)
Sales to private individuals for personal use are covered by these Terms. Consumers have additional rights regarding returns and cancellations as set out in Section 5.
3.2. B2B Sales (Business)
The provisions in these Terms apply to sales made to businesses. B2B sales are exempt from consumer protection laws regarding returns and cooling-off periods. Specific payment and credit terms for B2B accounts will be agreed upon separately.All items remain property of House of Nappies UNTIL FULL payment is received.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Pricing
Prices for products are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
4.2. Payment
We accept various forms of payment, which are specified on the website checkout page. Payment must be made in full before dispatch, unless credit terms have been formally agreed for B2B clients.

5. Shipping Policy
5.1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended pending on size of order and or during peak seasons.
5.2. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. We aim to deliver within the following estimated timeframes:

Delivery of orders will be handled by a designated shipping partner and tracking information will be provided after shipment via email or text service to yourself.
5.3. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.
6. Returns and Exchange Policy
6.1. B2C Returns (Consumers)
Consumers may return goods within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us on 1800 466 277 or email us info@houseofnappies.com.au before returning an order / part of order. Returns must be sent to the returns facility at 6 Dan Street, Slacks Creek QLD 4127.
- Costs: The consumer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned goods excluding the shipping costs.
- Authorisation: Returns require prior written authorisation (RMA) from us. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
6.2. B2B Returns (Businesses)
All sales to businesses are considered final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Defective or Damaged Goods: Claims for defective or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Authorisation: Returns require prior written authorisation (RMA) from us. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
7. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
