Yes. House of Nappies is an approved, registered NDIS provider and we have supplied continence products to thousands of participants across Australia. We work with participants, carers, support coordinators and plan managers.

We supply participants on all three plan types — self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed. If you're plan-managed, give us your plan manager's details and we'll invoice them directly. If you're self-managed, we invoice you and you claim it back through the myplace portal. If you are NDIA-managed, give us your details and we will process the claim on the portal. Your order will ship once funds have cleared into our account.

Continence underwear, pads and liners, bed and furniture protection, skincare and cleansing items, men's and women's continence products, and swimwear. Brands include TENA, MoliCare, Depend, iD, Huggies DryNites, BabyLove SleepyNights, Medline Youth Underwear, Conni and Goldies, in absorbency levels from light bladder leakage through to overnight heavy. We stock single packs and full cartons.

House of Nappies is a registered NDIS provider with NDIS Provider Registration Number 4-3LLK-511 and ABN 88 612 898 012. We supply continence products to NDIS participants Australia-wide from our Slacks Creek warehouse in Logan, Brisbane.

Continence products are generally funded through the Core Supports – Consumables budget in an NDIS plan. Check your plan or ask your support coordinator or plan manager to confirm your funding, then order from House of Nappies as a registered NDIS provider.

House of Nappies dispatches NDIS orders within 24–48 hours of cleared funds being received into our account. This applies to all NDIS plan types, whether payment comes from the NDIA, your plan manager or you directly.

Yes. Support coordinators, care facilities and disability providers can order continence products by the carton through House of Nappies. Larger regular orders can be placed on a wholesale trade account with carton and pallet pricing — see our Wholesale page to register.
