1. Do you offer express shipping?
We currently do not offer express shipping. All orders are dispatched using standard delivery services. However, we process orders promptly, and most customers receive their parcels within a few business days.
2. Can I request sample nappies?
Unfortunately, we do not provide samples, as our suppliers deliver products in full, sealed packs. If you’d like to try a product before committing to a full carton, we recommend ordering a single pack where available.
3. How can I reduce nighttime nappy leaks?
To help minimise leaks overnight, consider using booster pads, waterproof bed pads, or sizing up if your child is nearing the upper end of the weight range. If you need help selecting the right solution, we’re happy to recommend suitable options.
4. Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! We offer Click & Collect from our warehouse. Simply place your order online and select 'Click & Collect' at checkout. We’ll notify you once your order is ready for pickup.
5. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received it, please contact us and we’ll be happy to check the status for you.
6. Do you offer product samples?
We do not offer samples, as our stock arrives in full sealed packs from the manufacturer. However, some products are available in smaller pack sizes, which are ideal for testing before buying in bulk.
7. I only received part of my order – what should I do?
If your order was shipped in multiple parcels, they may arrive separately. Please check your tracking information. If the missing parcel hasn’t arrived within 1–2 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate.
8. My delivery is incorrect — what now?
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please contact us with your order number and a description (or photo) of what you received. We’ll rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
