National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Agency Managed

If you are agency managed you may place your order online and select your preferred method of payment as 'NDIS'.

Once this is complete, please send an email to info@houseofnappies.com.au with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • NDIS Participants Full Name
  • NDIS Number
  • NDIS Participants Date of Birth

We will process this via the NDIS portal and your goods will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Additional freight charges may apply for bulky orders and/or remote areas.

Self Managed

If you are self managed, you can place your order online and pay for your goods using either credit card, direct deposit or PayPal and then make a claim with the NDIS through the online portal.

If you wish to receive an invoice before paying for your order. Please place your order and select "NDIS" as your payment method. You will then have to send an email to info@houseofnappies.com.au with your order number and request an invoice from us.

Plan Managed

If you have a plan-manager who manages payments for you. Please place your order on our website, selecting "NDIS" as your payment method.

Once your order is confirmed please send an email to info@houseofnappies.com.au with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • NDIS Participants Full Name
  • NDIS Number
  • NDIS Participants Date of Birth
  • Plan Manager's email address
