NDIS - National Disability Insurance Scheme

House of Nappies is a registered NDIS service provider.

To order consumables using your NDIS funding, you must first determine whether your plan is one of the following:

  • Agency managed
  • Self managed
  • Plan managed

If you are agency managed you may place your order online and select your preferred method of payment as 'Direct Deposit'. Once this is complete, please send an email to info@houseofnappies.com.au with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • NDIS Participants Full Name
  • NDIS Number
  • NDIS Participants Date of Birth

We will process this via the NDIS portal and your goods will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Additional freight charges may apply for bulky orders and/or remote areas.

If you are self managed, you will need to pay for us for your goods using either credit card, direct deposit or Paypal and then make a claim with the NDIS through the portal.

If you have a plan-manger who manages payments for you. Please place your order as above, but instead of sending us the NDIS details, please send a copy of the invoice/order to your plan manager. Once they make the payment, we will dispatch your goods. Please contact us if you need any help!
